Trash Pickup schedule
Trash pickup: Monday and Thursday
Bulk pickup: Friday
Recycling:
Winter: Wednesday and Saturday
Summer: Wednesday only
Recycling:
- Place bulk items out Thursday evening or Friday morning only.
- no construction debris, cabinets, sheetrock, lumber, etc.
- Glass and mirrors must be broken up and placed in the dumpster
Laundry Rules
Hours are 6:30 AM to 10:00 PM
Last Wash and Dry 8:30 PM
· Treat the machines well. We are the owners. If they break down, we all pay for repairs and replacements.
· Machines are for unit owners only
· Do Not Overload the machines. Heavy, bulky items may be washed and dried at the Century Village laundry
· Do not use too much detergent
· Do not put any item made with rubber in the dryer
· After use, clean dryer filter and wipe down the washing machine
· Store room door must be closed when using the laundry
· Outer door must be locked upon exit
